Councilman Curren Price Jr. Invites You to the "New Ninth" Fourth of July Community Festival & Fireworks Show

Councilman Curren D. Price Jr. & South Los Angeles Elected Officials Host Free 4th of July Community Festival and Fireworks Show at Exposition Park

The Fireworks Show Includes more than 1,000 Large Aerial Displays - Making it Among the Longest and Largest in the Region

Councilman Curren D. Price Jr. will be joined by a collection of esteemed South Los Angeles elected officials, including Congresswoman Karen Bass, Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, and other state legislators for a state-of-the- art Fourth of July Community Festival and Fireworks Show at Exposition Park. The family friendly event brings to the community one of the longest fireworks displays in the region. The Community festival will also feature two stages, performing live music throughout the day. Carnival rides and food vendors will also be on-site and the California Science Center and California African American Museum will be free and open to the public all day. The professional 45 minute fireworks display will include over 1,000 large aerial displays as well as thousands of smaller low level effects.
